i was a bit nervous buying my first flat screen tv. i read alot of reviews for different brands and understand that with the smaller sets the sound quality isn't very good. the factory settings for this tv arn't good but if you go into the menu option, select sound, and max out the treble and base its a good quality sound. there's also the inexpensive option of hooking up pc speakers. overall good price and good product.
